A standard BBL removes fat from 2–3 areas (usually abdomen and flanks). BBL + 360° Lipo treats your entire torso circumferentially — all 8 zones including upper/lower abdomen, flanks, waist, lower back, upper back (bra rolls), and banana roll. This means more fat harvested for a bigger BBL and a completely sculpted midsection from every angle.

Because it creates the maximum contrast between your waist and hips. By sculpting 360° around your torso, your waist is dramatically narrowed while your buttocks are maximally enhanced — creating the most dramatic hourglass silhouette possible. The procedure typically takes 4–5 hours under general anesthesia. This is about 1–1.5 hours longer than standard BBL because more areas are being treated. The extra time is spent on the 360° liposuction phase, which covers 8 zones instead of 2–3.

Typically 3,000–6,000cc of fat is harvested — nearly double the amount of a standard BBL. After purification, roughly 1,500–3,000cc of premium fat is available for injection into the buttocks. The more fat available, the bigger and more sculpted the BBL result.

Eight areas are treated: (1) upper abdomen, (2) lower abdomen, (3) flanks/love handles, (4) waistline, (5) upper back/bra rolls, (6) lower back, (7) banana roll (under butt), and optionally (8) inner/outer thighs. The "360" means your entire circumference is sculpted — front, sides, and back.

You'll wear a full-torso 360° compression garment 24/7 for the first 4 weeks, removing it only for showering. After week 4, you can switch to nighttime-only wear for another 2–4 weeks. The garment is critical — it controls swelling across all treated areas, prevents fluid accumulation, and helps your skin retract smoothly over your new contours.

Absolutely essential — even more so than after standard BBL. Because 360° lipo treats a much larger area, there's more fluid and swelling. Lymphatic drainage massage helps your body process this fluid, prevents fibrosis (hard lumps), reduces swelling faster, and dramatically improves your final contour. We include 3–5 sessions in Istanbul and recommend continuing 2x/week for 4–6 weeks at home.

Avoid sitting directly on your buttocks for 2–3 weeks. Use the BBL pillow (provided) which shifts pressure to your thighs. By week 3–4 you can gradually resume normal sitting. By week 6, no restrictions. The sitting rule protects the newly transferred fat cells from being compressed and losing blood supply.

Light walking from day 1 (encouraged and important). Light cardio at week 4. Full gym workouts, weight training, and squats at week 6–8. Because 360° lipo treats more muscle-adjacent tissue, the exercise timeline may be slightly more conservative than standard BBL — your surgeon will guide you.

Most patients return to desk/office work within 2–3 weeks using a BBL pillow. Physical/standing jobs may require 3–4 weeks off. Many patients work remotely from their hotel in Istanbul by day 5–7 if needed. Plan your time off generously — rushing back increases complication risk.

Typically 60–80% of transferred fat survives permanently. The first 3 months is the critical period — some fat is naturally absorbed. Our surgeons account for this by strategically over-injecting. The overall risk profile is very similar to standard BBL.
