Our patient coordinators speak English, Turkish, Arabic, and French. All medical consultations, surgery preparation, and aftercare communication are conducted in your preferred language. Throughout your Istanbul stay, your English-speaking coordinator is available 24/7 by phone.

4–8 weeks in advance is ideal — this gives you time to prepare, book affordable flights, and complete any pre-op requirements. However, we can accommodate urgent bookings in as little as 1–2 weeks if you're flexible with dates. Peak months (April–June, September–November) book fastest, so plan ahead for those periods.

A $500–$1,000 deposit secures your date. We send a payment link after your consultation — pay via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before surgery. Once booked, your coordinator helps you plan flights, sends pre-op instructions, and answers all questions leading up to your trip.

We handle everything except your flights. Airport VIP transfer, luxury hotel, hospital, nurse visits, lymphatic drainage, all internal transportation — it's all arranged and included. We'll advise on the best flight dates and arrival times to optimize your schedule. Some patients also ask us to recommend Istanbul restaurants and sights for their recovery days — happy to help with that too!

Your information is only shared with your surgeon and patient coordinator — never with third parties, never used for marketing without your explicit consent. We take medical privacy very seriously.

Yes — we offer free video consultations with your surgeon for patients who want a face-to-face conversation before committing. Schedule a video call via WhatsApp — we'll arrange a time that works across time zones. This is especially popular with patients who have specific medical questions or want to discuss complex combination procedures.

Absolutely — companions are welcome and encouraged. Your partner, friend, or family member can stay with you in the hotel at no extra charge (same room). They receive the same VIP transfers and can accompany you to the hospital. Many patients find having a companion makes the experience more comfortable and enjoyable — especially during the first 2–3 recovery days.
